The location of the hotel is excellent in the historical area, close to everything. the double room and bed were exceptionally comfortable. the room was spacious with nice touches and amenities like a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron. the ambience felt really quiet, and the service was fantastic. Free wake-up calls were a nice added touch. I loved staying here and would recommend it to all.

The general areas, such as the lobby and garden, were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space to relax and socialize with other guests. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had easy accessibility with well-lit corridors and elevators. It made navigation much easier for me and ensured a pleasant stay.

I would have preferred if the children working there were a bit more attentive and proactive in assisting senior guests. Sometimes it felt like they were busy with other tasks and not always readily available to help with luggage or answer questions.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, being close to major tourist attractions like the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia. The hotel also had a cool garden where we could relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff were outstanding, providing excellent customer service. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and the rooms were clean and basic. We also appreciated the helpful recommendations from the staff for places to eat and visit.

One downside was that the air conditioning in the seaside wing was not functioning properly during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient.
